Job Description As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in supporting the team in the transition to an agile working method. You will work closely with both the team and the business to create structure, security, and a continuous focus on improvement.

Your Profile (Must Requirements) • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex IT environments

• Confident in coaching teams that are new to agile working methods

• Have a pedagogical, calm, and attentive approach

• Experienced in working in environments with high demands for quality and regulatory compliance
